Grand Banquet Rooms
Hotel Louisville offers three beautiful ballrooms for rental to the public.

The first floor Anderson Chapel can provide banquet services for up to 90 persons and rents for $200.
The second floor Grand Ballroom can accommodate a banquet with up to 300 persons with a dance floor, or 350 persons without a dance floor. This ballroom can also accommodate up to 500 persons with audience style seating. It rents for $600.
Our twelfth-floor Louisville Suite boasts a panoramic view of the City and is a beautiful venue, especially at night when the City is alight. This venue rents for $500.
Hotel Louisville has a varied banquet menu with the best prices of any hotel in town. Our servers provide true southern hospitality. There is a mere 10% gratuity added to the price of the food. Our chefs provide an excellent meal with a good presentation.
All reservations require a non-refundable $100 deposit within two weeks of booking. The deposit is then deducted from the final bill.
In house bar services are also available. We stock a full bar with wine, beer, and spirits, both domestic and imported. There is a $50 service fee, but no quotas.
