Wayside Christian Mission operates an 18-bed single women’s shelter. Women are housed on a secure floor on an upper level of the shelter, providing a sense of safety and security as many of our female residents are fleeing domestic violence.

 

While at the mission residents in our women’s shelter have access to free hot meals, on-site church services, case management, on-site medical services, and 12 step recovery meetings.

 

We also offer a women’s permanent supportive housing program. This combines affordable housing with support services on a long term basis.
